Qaff Digital provides specialized digital rights administration, sound recording catalog organization, metadata registration (ISRC/UPC), global digital audio distribution, and copyright monitoring assistance for Quran reciters, Islamic vocalists, content owners, and independent record labels.
3. Ownership & Rights Representation
Clients and content owners represent and warrant that they possess all necessary legal ownership, master recording rights, and authorizations for all sound recordings, audio stems, artwork, and metadata submitted to Qaff Digital for administration or digital distribution.
4. Intellectual Property
All brand marks, website designs, proprietary catalog workflows, documentation frameworks, and materials created by Qaff Digital remain the intellectual property of Qaff Digital. Sound recording masters and compositions remain the exclusive property of their respective creators and rights holders.
5. Internal Application & Google API Usage
The Qaff Digital Internal Publishing Platform is intended solely for authorized personnel of Qaff Digital. It is not a public SaaS platform. The application is used exclusively to manage company-authorized digital assets and official channels in strict compliance with the Google API Services User Data Policy and the YouTube API Services Developer Terms.
6. Limitation of Liability
Qaff Digital operates as a professional rights administrator. While we utilize industry-standard workflows to monitor and protect digital assets, Qaff Digital shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or third-party platform policy modifications beyond our reasonable administrative control.
