Additionally, our internal publishing applications access specific Google user data (via YouTube and Google Drive APIs) strictly to manage company-authorized media assets and official channels.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to communicate with you, assess and administer sound recording catalogs, deliver audio distribution to DSPs, and provide copyright protection services. We use authorized Google user data exclusively for uploading, managing, and organizing approved content. We explicitly do not use Google user data for targeted advertising, creating external profiling databases, or training artificial intelligence models. Our use adheres strictly to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
3. Data Protection & Confidentiality
We implement industry-standard technical and organizational security measures, including HTTPS encryption, restricted API token scoping, and secure server environments, to protect your personal information, master audio files, and authorized credentials from unauthorized access, disclosure, or destruction.
4. Third-Party Sharing
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information or Google user data to third parties. We may coordinate necessary metadata with verified DSPs (Spotify, Apple Music, YouTube Music, Anghami) and authorized rights administration partners (such as Takwene, Ingaz Teqni, Hope Media, and Oud Production) solely for digital distribution, ISRC registration, and copyright administration purposes.
5. Data Retention and Your Rights
We store your catalog information and authorized API access tokens only for the duration necessary to fulfill legitimate operational purposes, after which they are securely deleted. You have the right to request access to your personal data, request corrections, or ask for complete deletion of your records at any time by contacting us at info@digital.qaff.net.
6. Google API Services Disclosure
Our internal management application only accesses Google user data following explicit authorization by Qaff Digital administrators. The application is used exclusively for managing YouTube channels and Google Drive storage accounts authorized by Qaff Digital. We do not access personal Google accounts belonging to external users. Google user data is never sold, transferred for unauthorized reasons, used for advertising, or used for AI training.
7. Google Account Revocation
Authorized users may revoke the application's access at any time through their Google Account security settings. If access is revoked, Qaff Digital will no longer access Google user data associated with that authorization. Retained access tokens will be securely deleted when no longer required for legitimate operational workflows.
